All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods or promotional events.

We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping when your order meets the minimum spend below:
- United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland): Free shipping on orders over £200
- United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska): Free shipping on orders over US$350
- Australia: Free shipping on orders over A$250
- Singapore: Free shipping on orders over S$200
- Japan, South Korea, Malaysia & Hong Kong: Free shipping on orders over US$200
- India & United Arab Emirates: Free shipping on orders over US$250
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once the order threshold is met.
⚡ Express Shipping
Express shipping is only available for select countries and provides a faster delivery option than standard shipping. If you would like Express Shipping to Europe or Canada, please send us an email at support@playfullittlehearts.com and we will provide you with a quote.

**If express shipping is not available for your country, it will not appear as an option at checkout.
💰 Taxes & Duties
All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and customs duties, meaning there are no additional charges on delivery for most destinations — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Exceptions apply for the following countries:
- Indonesia
- Monaco
For orders shipped to Indonesia and Monaco, local taxes and/or customs duties are not included in the product price. Any applicable charges will need to be paid directly to the relevant local authorities upon delivery of your package.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges before placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
