Cancellations, Order Changes & Returns Policy
Order Cancellations & Changes
All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations or returns once an order has been placed.
As a small business, every order incurs immediate bank and transaction fees that we are unable to recover, regardless of whether the order is subsequently cancelled. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate cancellation or return requests for change of mind or any other reason once an order has been submitted.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully — including product details, quantities, and your shipping address — before completing your purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare exceptional cases where a cancellation request is considered at our sole discretion, any refund issued will reflect the original order total less all bank charges and payment transaction fees we have incurred. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted before any amount is returned to you.
If you believe your situation warrants consideration, please contact us as soon as possible at support@playfullittlehearts.com. We will review your request but cannot guarantee approval.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or unwanted items, except where required by law.
Undeliverable Orders Due to Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund. This includes situations where a shipment cannot be returned to sender and is disposed of by the carrier in accordance with their policies.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@playfullittlehearts.com and include clear photos of the issue.
Where a defect or transit damage is confirmed, we will offer, at our discretion:
- a replacement of the affected item or part, or
- a refund if a replacement is not available.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, incorrect assembly, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Packaging
Product packaging is intended to protect items during shipping and is not part of the product itself. Minor cosmetic damage to packaging does not qualify as product damage.
While reasonable care is taken in packaging, damage to packaging may occur during transit due to handling by third-party couriers, which is outside of our control. Such damage may include, but is not limited to, dents, creases, scuffs, or tears to the packaging.
We are only responsible for damage to the product itself. Damage to packaging alone, where the product remains intact, functional, and undamaged, does not constitute a defect and does not entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, or compensation.
