Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@playfullittlehearts.com for a shipping quote.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination and are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders to the following destinations:
- United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) — Orders over £230
- United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) — Orders over US$350
- Australia (excluding Tasmania & NT) — Orders over A$430
- Australia (Tasmania) — Orders over A$500
- Singapore — Orders over S$250
- Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong & Philippines — Orders over US$250
Free shipping does not apply to express shipping services.
Taxes & Duties
For most countries, prices are tax inclusive, meaning VAT, GST, and import taxes are included at checkout and no additional charges are due on delivery.
Indonesia and Monaco are excluded from tax-inclusive shipping. For these countries, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or fees charged by local customs or carriers.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as November and December.

Preorders
Some products are offered as preorder items. These items are not yet in stock and will be shipped at a later date. Preorder items are clearly identified on the product page at the time of purchase.
Shipping of Preorders
Each preorder item has an estimated ship date displayed on the product page. This date is an estimate and may change due to production or supply factors.
Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items in the order are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order has shipped.
Timing & Delays
Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed and may change. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that delivery will occur only once the preorder item becomes available.
Cancellations
Preorder purchases reserve inventory for future shipment. For this reason, preorders are not eligible for cancellation once placed, except where required by law.
Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, reshipment may require payment of a new shipping fee.
Business Address Deliveries
For deliveries to business addresses, customers must ensure the location is open and able to accept deliveries during carrier operating hours. If a parcel is returned due to the business being closed or unavailable, reshipment may require payment of additional shipping fees.
Delivery Timeframes
All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date, including for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions.
We recommend ordering well in advance if your purchase is time-sensitive.
Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by independent courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, peak-season congestion, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback once an order has been shipped.
